Depression
When Every Day Feels Heavy
Everyone has hard days—but when those days stretch into weeks or months of overwhelming sadness, numbness, or lack of motivation, you may be experiencing depression.
Do any of these feel familiar?
-
You feel hopeless or empty, no matter how good life seems.
-
You struggle to find joy or meaning in things that once mattered.
-
You feel worthless, like you're letting others down.
-
You’ve had thoughts of giving up or questioned if life will ever feel better.
-
You carry deep feelings of guilt, shame, or disappointment.
-

Depression is more than just sadness—it’s a weight that touches every part of your life: your relationships, your energy, your ability to think clearly, and your sense of purpose.

But you don’t have to face it alone.

In a safe, compassionate space, I will walk with you as you explore the deeper roots of your pain. Often, depression is tied to unresolved emotions—like grief, self-blame, or unmet expectations. Until these are acknowledged and understood, it’s difficult to truly move forward.

Using effective, evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), we’ll work together to:
-
Understand where the depression is coming from
-
Uncover and heal the emotions beneath the heaviness
-
Reconnect you to hope, purpose, and emotional resilience
-

You don’t have to sit powerless in the sadness. Healing is possible, and joy is not out of reach.
